FAQs

We offer a range of shipping options including standard, tracked and signed. We use Royal Mail as our main courier.

Orders are shipped on business days only, from our UK warehouse.

If you are located in the mainland UK, you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days.

Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man residents can expect delivery within 5-7 business days.

If you have selected a tracked or signed-for delivery option, we will send you a tracking code via your purchase confirmation email.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Returns will not be processed for damaged items / items not in original condition, items without swing tags, and those outside of the 30-day grace period.
